Why is Storytelling important?
Storytelling is a superpower. It’s a tool for building communities, fostering advocacy, and taking ownership of the conversation. Whether storytelling for business, life or in marketing, storytelling enables the audience to see themselves in a narrative and build trust quickly with a person or a brand. When leveraged properly, storytelling can build a highly engaged group of raving fans and create meaning around a cause, goal, or milestone.
How many people do you serve in a cohort?
We’ve found that the most progress happens in small groups. Everyone gets a chance to practice and share. Typically, we cap cohorts at around 30 people and we create Genius Pods of groups between 3-5 people for practice and implementation.
